Computer people, Help Me Please...

If you are good with computers, please help me do something. I've somehow gotten a program on my computer called PurityScan. My SpyHunter keeps finding it and deleting it, but it always restores itself somehow on rebooting. It generates pop up ads all the dang time. Anyone know how to totally get rid of it? Please help. Thanks.
