The Little Flower Girl
I went to Ian's website and heard his intro, and read the lyrics. I couldn't figure out who the writer is, but I do need a smoke!

He does mention an artist, but it doesn't seem like you want that. Could the mention of the clue twice have something to do with the girl's features? (ok just kidding)

Well from memory .. the Kate Bush lyric has enough references to aspects of TEFL that it could have been inspired by it...
