I made this suggestion to the boss awhile back. Jim thought some new voting system might be in order: Give it some debate....

New system for Moon-O-Poll. Weighted votes.
Superior informed opinions get more power but limited to Moon pecking order.

I like that no re-issue, comp, live caveat. The other one, well, if it ain't broke....
