A few questions for ya then...
Which server are you listening to? (or are you just clicking one of the listening links on the home page). What is your connection. Dial up? DSL line? Cable modem? Is it pretty constant? Can you listen to other internet radio stations OK? Just a general note: the live365 relay (the one ending in 16820) is kinda bad, and you could experience skips or something with that at any time.
