You ask us to name just one favourite yet you can't do that yourself, naming severqal in your own post.
Well, I would go with Awaken by Yes. But there are several others that I could go for depending on my mood. Tubular Bells part 1 is right up there as a contender, not to mention several other Yes Classics.
