JON ANDERSON & THE BAND GEEKS



Jon Anderson one of the pillars of YES,
discovered by Chris Squire the founder of Yes who had heard him in some local group and took him from a bar where he worked steadily to bring him to worldwide success with his very particular timbre of voice that despite the years continues to have the initial polish.
reading his biography I discovered that he has signed Yes's top songs "Close To The Edge", "Gates of Delirium", "Revealing Science of God" and "Awaken" and if at the time it seemed strange to me I then understood that he has absorbed Yes's music so much that he knows perfectly the structure of the development of the tracks to the point of suggesting pauses, accelerations, lyrical moments, in short a true orchestra conductor and in fact in his new experience with the Geeks he spoke with them for 3 hours explaining how to create the tracks with a structure that allowed Yes to achieve success...
