"H to He" refers to the Sun's changing of Hydrogen to Helium ...hell's bells,,,you probably already knowed that...

Adrian Borland was once the singer of the fantastic British 80's band THE SOUND.
These tapes are found in a studio in the Netherlands after his suicide some years before.
