You're welcome to it. I'm talking about updating ALL of them, though.

101 dalmations

There's a part in the movie where his wife says' "Roger, you are an idiot". Then she kisses him.

Jim's statement reminded me of that (without the kissing).

Right. He can call me an idiot all he likes, but if he thinks he's gonna get a kiss out of me, he'd better DAMN WELL buy me dinner first!

Wow. Sorry. Like I said, I asked if it could be done, and it can't. I'm okay with it. I'm computer stupid, which is one step down from computer illiterate. Geez

No, I'm sorry. I thought my "idiots" comment was over the top enough that no one would take it seriously. I didn't mean it seriously...

Given the context of the discussion, I feel that that comment was a legitimate attempt at humor, and in my opinion as self-appointed (for tonight only) humor judge, well done.

I actually added on to it, and Roger ran with it.

Lighten up. Don't chop up a quote that says "you guys are idiots" and take it out of context.

I certainly didn't take it seriously.

Well not TOO seriously, anyway.

You might want to rethink those comments in the future, though. I caught the humor this time, but there's no guarentee that I'll catch it in a raging fit of hypocaffeinemia some morning/night/wheneverihappentobeworking.

I'm still sending a bill if I have to do them all by hand, though. I figure I'd end up going through at LEAST 50 keyboards by the time I'd be done.

What else was there to DO with it? Lose sleep over it? I've got three step daughters. I've got enough to lose sleep over than some attempt at humor directed at me.

Roger -Dot- Lee, who's sticking by his dinner demand.

No. I refuse to relinquish my constitutionally guarenteed right to take things out of context whenever I want (it's in there...right next to the guarentee of 100+ channels of cable and 2 packages of "L'il Debbie's Snak Cakes(". Trust me)

Roger -Dot- Lee, guarenteed to misspell 'Guaranteed' at least twice in any given posting.

number of songs

Oh I hate to keep dragging this out. In fact, I'm currently in that "sorry I even brought it up" state.

However, the easiest way to figure out which songs are truncated is to go to our spiffy new search engine, search by song name, and search for .. in the title. That will come up with a list of all the truncated ones, plus the ones with ... in the song name on purpose.

The grand total is... 558! And some of them are meant to have periods in the title. So that would only be about 9 new keyboards for you, Roger.

An interesting point that comes up from this is that the Alan Parsons Project "Fall of the House of Ush.." is listed 5 times, and we have no way of knowing which part is which, unless you have the track times memorized. Then again, who doesn't?

OK that's it for me. Just one of the idiots...

Since I am now quoting the whole thing, does this not sound irate to you?

Besides, how do you know my reply post wasn't thick sarcasm?

... because the written word, in such short doses, can be hard to judge for humor and emotions, we have been provided with emoticons

btw, I really do love the job Avian, Jim, and R.L are doing

No. Sounds like amusement to me.

You have used the term "wow" before to express disappointment. Thick sarcasm would be inconsistent. But, you're right, I don't know.

True about the written word.
