PFM released 5 other official "live" recordings besides Cook (a.k.a. Live in USA). The 3 most recent releases in 1998 (www.pfmpfm.it (il Best)
), 2002 (Live in Japan) and 2004 (Piazza del Campo) are incredible for any PFM fan. The band's energy always comes across to me in their recordings. If you are a Mauro Pagani fan, the Piazza del Campo recording is incredible.
