Nektar tickets for cancelled USA tour

I'm sorry for having to do this. But I am wanting to know if any moonies bought tickets to the Nektar tour in the USA that was cancelled? My show was to be on March 3rd. The show was cancelled on February 2nd. I purchased my tickets directly from the band. I have not received a refund and my last several emails to the band has gone unanswered. Their webstore has been closed since the beginning of February also and their forum is also closed. So I am calling out wanting to see if anyone is in my shoes. If you did get a refund I would be curious if you bought your tickets from the band or a ticket agent. I will also be posting on other prog forums.
