Lead up to 1 yr of Extended Play

Ok all, we're coming up on a full year of Extended Play this November 24th. As part of the celebration and one thing I just thought of to please those who've asked for repeats in the past, I have an idea.

Let me know in this thread what your top 5 favorite EP shows are (By forum thread title) and I will broadcast the winning shows in the 5 weeks leading up to November 23rd. (Also, this will give me a good lead in prep time before the next year of shows). So, fire away AuralMooners. Ha.

Top 5? - I love 'em all.

The Five would be:

Feb 2 & 3 - Abstractions
March 2 & 3 - The other side of the moon
July 27 & 28 - Radio album invisible
Sept 7 & 8 - The Wakka images projecKt
Sept 14 & 15 - Manual Labour day

I know this last one was only broadcast today but it was EXCEPTIONAL so why not!!!

We should all get together on-line for a virtual Birthday party. Listen in and crack a few cans and rejoice in the beauty that is Extended Play!!!!!!!!!

Holy Crap!!

Holy Crap! It's been a year already???? Where did that year go? That anniversary just snuck up on my and hit me on the back of the head!

I won't wait till November to congratulate and thank Tommy for a terrific show, and for all his hard work. You've pleased more than a few ears!

Thanks Avian. I don't know if it's possible to thank you and Jim enough for all of your support and assistance over the past year. Also, I have to thank all of you loyal listeners. Heck, if not for you, we have no purpose.

Would it be possible to put my first post of this thread on the homepage?

Tommy

Hard to pick 5 - especially since I could think of a few different criteria for selection. So, I tried to pick my favorites, but with a slant towards those that aren't on the AM playlist or are more of a stretch.

Tour De Frog
I Wanna Be Sedated
Defining Moments (yes, I realize this included Dream Theater)
Jan 12 Show - Zappa, Manzanera & National Health
A Textured Finish

I had a number of close runner-ups too!

Thanks for all the great shows...
