New Cuneiform Releases, David Myers, Porcupine Tree/Robert Fripp Tonight

Join the GAGLIARCHIVES, Saturday night at 10pm Eastern Time, for program 919, as we feature the new releases from the Cuneiform Records label. We'll track the new Forgas Band Phenomena titled Soleil 12 which is sure to be a favorite for 2005. We'll also track the new Claudia Quintet led by Drummer John Hollenbeck titled Semi Formal. And we'll feature the new Mats Morgan Band titled Thanks For Flying With Us. We'll feature new music from the ECM Records label in Marc Johnson and his new work titled Shades Of Jade. We'll spotlight the new David Myers, one time keyboardist to Genesis tribute band The Musical Box, and his solo tribute offering titled David Myers Plays Genesis. We'll also be tracking the collaborative work of King Crimson drummer Pat Mastelotto and multi-instrumentalist Markus Reuter titled Tuner, and the Totem CD. We'll feature the lastest release from the Eclectic Disc label and the Shiva's Quintessence double CD titled Cosmic Surfer. In our 4th Hour Space Out we'll feature Scattered Planets Violinist Cyndee Lee Rule CD titled UFOsmosis. A spotlight on an upcoming Philadelphia concert on Tuesday at the Keswick Theater featuring Porcupine Tree and Guitar legend Robert Fripp. We'll track recent music from the Jaco Pastorius tribute tribute titled Gospel For J.F.P. III from the Moonjune Records label featuring Bireli Lagrene and Hiram Bullock. Into the vaults with music from classic Italian band Perigeo and the Valley Of The Temples album from 1976, and The Billy Norine Group and the 1980 album Skyward. We'll track our new #1 disc from Norwegan band Wobbler and their debut titled Hinterland.

Saw PT a few months back and it was nice. They just played Monday with Fripp. Didn't want to do it again on a Monday in DC.
