Here's my suggestion -- a mix of Christmas prog, and requests. The requests would be two per hour, but with no delay from them going into the queue.
For the staff who are hanging around the station, they can feel free to moderate the requests - move them around to avoid much duplication, etc - ya know DJ.
A technical question for AM staff - what's the easiest way to hand the christmas prog? I can certainloy write a PAL script that would insert some random christmas prog into the queue. But it might be a little complicated. But if there's going to be someone around to manually DJ the day, that would be the best. Let me know if anyone would like (or can) volunteer for such duty.
