Brian Auger's Oblivian Express

SAM played a cut from Closer To It today. But we could not find either the album or artist in the database.

I'd love to be able to request more of him. Can we get that link to the DB reconnected?

Thank you!!! We want to ride the Express to Oblivian.

Did you know that the lead singer of BAOE went on to become lead singer for Santana for several years?

At times, there are songs from a show that used to play regularly called "Gnosis", that are left on the database - there are many. A lot of times, they're offthewall songs (for the moon) such as the Faces or james brown!

Sometimes Cozy's songs will slip by. At home later (when i have access) I will find it and let you know.....

No need to. It is definitely a song left from Gnosis. It is also the *ONLY* track from BA's Oblivion Express in the library.

There you go, one less thing to do....

Is this an album that you'd all want on the Moon?

It's been mentioned in the past and it's in my stack of umpteen CDs to upload.

The two Live Oblivion records, which are now on a 2-CD set are the best Oblivion stuff, IMHO

I have a Brian Auger OE CD called "Closer to it". It was given to me by someone very special and I cherish it.

If there were more BAOE added that would be excellent.
