Whatever happened to the wonderful trivia game that we used to have going. Anyone want to post a new game for the holidays?

I think we were in the middle of a Wojtek quiz that was hard....

It was fun, but everyone got very busy...my favorite was the alphabet thing.

I did one about song lyrics (opening lines) in my thread maybe two months ago, and the winners got 15 minutes of music on my show for each right answer. It was great fun, but I think you were afk...

Coincidentally, Luis Nasser of Sonus Umbra asked me today if we could have a few Sonus Unbra giveaways. I emailed him because their new CD will be played this weekend on the show. I asked him to post later this week and perhaps we can have a quiz and actually have prizes!:rockband:

I really like this idea. could be a way to really generate some traffic here in the forums and on the moon in general.

I'm in the middle of moving, but I've got some stuff that I could give up as giveaways in the future. Where I'm moving I'll be without internet access for a while, but I'll be back sooner or later and can see then.

You mean it will take a while to hook up or are you doing a mission of sorts?

It'll take a while to get to a place I can hook up. Due to financial this and that, I'm moving in with my parents for a while until my Ph.D. app. comes back one way or the other. I don't want to seek a full time position if I'll be moving to a new school by August. My parents live in very rural Mississippi. The only option out there is dial up and I ain't even gonna mess with that. I'll just check email and such at the library when I go into town.

Anywhere near Brett Favre's hometown? (Kiln, I think). He'll be playing in Baltimore for the first time (amd maybe the last) next week.
