I fully intend on making the best of it. Since I have a job interview today and tomorrow (both of which look a LOT more promising than a lot of the other cruft that's been floating by), it may make it a REAL good one. :D

We're working on it. I'll get you up to speed come hell or high water. I'm stubborn that way. We may lock horns on occasion, and I may blow my cool on occasion. Why thank you, ma'am! When I write, I try to bring at least a smile to someone's face (most of the time, anyway). When I'm spewing randomly, that's my goal: try to make someone think. Try to make someone giggle. Perhaps try to make someone spew coffee on their keyboard or something. :D

Wow. That's got to be the nicest thing someone's ever said about me. I'm proud that you had the faith in my abilities, and I'm just glad I was in the position to lend a hand when I could. That's why I started volunteering anyway. I never really had the money to donate as much as I'd have liked to, so I offered my time instead.

I'd say it paid off. In fact, I think I got the better of the bargain, all things considered.
